Melanie Stein is a registered Organisational (Industrial) Psychologist and holds a Masters Degree (MCom) from the University of Cape Town (UCT). She is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). Prior to completing her BCom Honours degree she obtained her BSocSci in Industrial, Organisational and Labour Studies.

Prior to completion of her Masters degree, she obtained her registration as a Psychometrist (Independent Practice). With over 15 years experience in the corporate sector, Melanie has a wealth of knowledge spanning areas relating to Training & Development; Recruitment & Selection as well as Organizational Development.

She is a specialist in the field of Psychometric Assessment with extensive experience in the use of such assessments in talent development, recruitment and selection as well as career guidance. Melanie is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual. She is a conscientious, reliable hard worker who prides herself on being efficient and professional in all her dealings.

Based on a rigorous psychometric assessment battery I can assist individuals and teams to develop their leadership potential by addressing the developmental areas highlighted in their unique assessment profiles. Together we formulate an Individual Development Plan which is focused on specific actions in order to grow and develop to ones full potential.
